Mr. Uday Ranpara

Mr. UdayRanpara  is a practicing chartered accountant and independent committee member of local company and MNCs. He has a rich experience of more than 15 years consulting small to big size corporates and FDI companies for their financial planning and management. He is also having rich experience of defining best standard practices suiting customer’s need for execution and for coordination of new project set up. He has rich experience of consulting of  Implementation and compliance of Ind AS & IFRS, Conversion of Indian Companies Accounts into IFRS complied Accounts or as per USGAPP.

Mr. UdayRanpara is also very prominent academician and have a vast experience as a mentor and an accounting coach. He is associated with very well know institutes as a visiting facility namely ICFAI, IIM-Ahmedabad, IIM-Nagpur, & IIM-Udaipur

He has conducted series of seminars on Financial Statement analysis and fraud detection, Accounting standards, Indian Accounting standards, IFRS, how to read financial statements and many other topics.

He is also Founder of company called Initor Global/Unison Globus, a true global accountant having offices in USA / UK / Australia. These companies are aimed to provide various financial services and support to many small to mid-size companies.
